I know I said I would be posting only Italian recipes for the next few days, but I made this dressing last night for dinner, and frankly I think it’s the best Blue Cheese dressing I’ve ever made. (And I have made a lot of blue cheese dressings in my day!) So of course I had to share it with you. It’s simple and ever so delicious. Give it a try.
- 4 oz. blue cheese
- 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 1/4 c. sour cream
- 3 T. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 tsp. sugar
- small garlic clove
- ¼ tsp. kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. That’s it!
